Hi! We are teaching our aunt, Coach Bita, how to make a healthy omelet breakfast burrito!

Crack 3 eggs -1, 2, 3!

Grab optional fresh herbs to give more flavor to your omelet!

Add herbs to the eggs and then mix it all together! (You can also add some garlic salt!)

Stir eggs and herbs 🌿 with a fork

Next spread pizza sauce or marinara to the whole wheat or corn tortilla 👌

Pour the eggs into the pan (oops! Don’t forget to heat olive oil with a grown up first 😉)

Place the sauce-y tortilla on top of the egg omelet in the pan

Grab a grown up to help with the stove and the flipping (this is the tricky part!!)

Transfer to a plate and carefully roll your yummy, crispy omelet!
