Healthy Chewy Granola Bar Recipe
Line the bottom of an 8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides

In a pot, heat butter, molasses, honey, and coconut sugar on high heat

Bring it to a boil and boil for about 45-60 seconds until it begins to thicken. Remove from the heat

Whisk in vanilla until well mixed

Add in quick cooking oats, Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal, and salt. Stir until everything is coated

Press the mixture VERY FIRMLY into the prepared pan. Using slightly damp hands works well

Sprinkle on chocolate chips and lightly pack them in

Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 1-2 hours

Once firm, remove from pan and slice into bars
