Healthy Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Preheat oven and line your pan with parchment paper

Grate zucchini and set aside

Whisk together flours, baking soda, baking powder and salt

Whisk in cocoa powder and set aside

Crack an egg into a separate bowl or large liquid measuring cup

Measure and whisk in oil, milk and vanilla

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until thoroughly combined

Fold in zucchini

Fold in chocolate chips

Pour in prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes

When the cake is done let cool for 10 minutes before removing & measure ingredients for frosting

Whisk until combined

Pour and spread over cake
