Healthy Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies
In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, quick oats, cinnamon l, baking soda, and salt
In a large bowl use an electric hand mixer beat together butter and applesauce
To the butter mixture, add coconut sugar, raw organic cane sugar, an egg and vanilla and beat
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until combined
Add raisins. Cover the dough and chill for 15 minutes
Roll dough into 1 Tbsp sized balls ans press to 1/3 inch thick. Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes
