Healthy Macaroni Kale Salad
Add salt to boiling water. Add the whole wheat macaroni.

Zest lemons by rotating the lemons along the microplane. Rotating to only get the bright yellow zest

Add the lemon zest to a container and slice lemons.

Juice the lemons and add the plain Greek yogurt.

Add mayonnaise, minced garlic and white balsamic vinegar.

Add Kosher salt.

And the black pepper. Seal and shake to combine.

Drain the pasta when it is cooked through.

Slice the red onion into thin slices.

Remove the ribs of the kale and chop very fine. Add the kale to the pasta.

Add the red onion to the pasta.

Roughly chop crispy bacon and add to the pasta. Dice tomatoes and add to the pasta.

Toss with dressing.

Serve cold.
