Healthy Oatmeal Cookies
Whisk the flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl

In a separate large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together butter and applesauce

Add in coconut sugar, raw organic cane sugar, egg, and vanilla, ans beat until well mixed

Stir the dry to the wet ingredients, then stir in raisins

Cover and chill for 15 min

Roll the dough into 1 Tbsp sized balls and press out to about 1/3 inch thick

Bake at 350 for 12-15 min until edges are lightly golden brown and cookies feel set
