Healthy Peanut Butter Balls (Vegan + Gluten-Free)
Place the cashew nuts, maple syrup + cacao butter in a food processor.

Whizz until completely smooth.

Add the peanut butter.

Blend briefly until combined.

Roll into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and dip the balls in the chocolate.

Place back on the baking tray. Place in the fridge for 1 hour until the chocolate is hardened.
