Healthy Peanut Butter Balls
1/2 cup oats

1/2 ripe banana

1/2 cup peanut butter (I like to use the natural kind)

1/2 cup desiccated coconut (i.e. dried/powder coconut)

Optional: add a pinch of cinnamon and 2 tbsp of honey for more sweetness) and BLEND!

Until you get this consistency and can shape into balls

Shape and coat in powder coconut with a bit of cinnamon (optional)
