Healthy Spinach Corn Rice (Kid’s recipe)
Add Ghee , Cumin seeds, 3-4 whole black pepper, cloves, cardamom seeds

Add ginger + garlic paste, green chili

Add 1 Medium Roughly chopped Onion 🧅

Cover and let it cook

Add some garlic 🧄 (optional)

Give it a good toss!

Add fresh washed spinach leaves 2/3 cups + 1 pinch baking soda

Give it a good toss , cover and let it cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame

Cooked spinach! (Do not overcook)

Add 1/4 cup corn into boiling water

Cook 1 cup Basmati Rice separately

Let’s transfer our veggies into a mixer grinder pot!

Add little water as needed

Purée everything into fine paste!

Transfer the paste into our pan

Add boiled corns!

Optionally add 1/4th cup fresh paneer cubes

Give everything a good toss!

Add salt for taste, jeera powder

One spoon ghee for some extra taste

Add the cooked basmati rice In batches and mix gently!

Do not over-mix !

Cover and let it cook for 3-4 mins on lowest flame
