Healthy Vegan Peppermint Mocha

Heat 1 cup oat milk and 1oz unsweetened dark chocolate over medium-low heat.
Let the chocolate melt almost entirely.
Stir in a couple drops of peppermint extract and 1-2 teaspoons of date or maple syrup, to taste.
Divide into two mugs and fill to the top with fresh black coffee. Enjoy!
