Whisk 1 egg and 1 egg white
Combine ww flour, garlic powder, bread crumbs, paprika, and hemp seeds on a large dish
Dip chicken in egg mixture then dredge in flour mixture
Place on a greased baking rack and bake for ~30 min at 400F
