Hearty Chicken Quesadilla Soup
Gather your ingredients!

Use the Food Chopper to chop 2 corn tortillas & 1 jalapeño. Add them to Enameled Dutch Oven.

Add 2 cans tomatoes, 3 C chicken stock, 3 C cooked chicken, 12 oz. corn, 2 T rub & 4 garlic cloves.

Bring to a boil over HIGH HEAT.

Stir ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer 15-17 minutes.

Preheat broiler. Add snipped cilantro & grated cheese. Arrange corn tortillas on top of the soup.

Broil 2-3 minutes or until cheese is light golden brown.

Garnish with cilantro! ENJOY!
