Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta
Place sliced bread on a foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toast under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

Mince 3 cloves of garlic. Add to a mixing bowl.

Dice six heirloom tomatoes and place them into the mixing bowl.

Finely chop 1/4 cup of fresh basil.

Add 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon coarse saltto the bowl. Gently toss to combine.

Serve the bruschetta with the toasts.
