Herb & Garlic Pork Tenderloin
Sear pork tenderloin in a hot skillet the add garlic cloves.

Place in 425 F. oven to finish cooking, about 20-25 minutes.

Deglaze the hot pan with white wine.

Allow the wine to cook for 1 minute to cook off the alcohol.

Add herbs to pan.

Remove pork to cutting board, add chicken broth and simmer to reduce slightly.

Simmer sauce until thickened.

To serve, slice pork and serve with warm sauce.
