Herbed Mushroom Gravy (Paleo, Vegetarian)
Heat butter, ghee, or olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions

Add sliced mushrooms and sea salt

Stir in arrowroot flour

Slowly mix in broth and herbs to thicken
