Herby Green Pea & Avocado Hummus

Start by soaking your legumes for at least 3 hours. I used cannellini and garbanzo beans.

Drain and rinse your beans. Add to blender along with 1/2 cup cooked green peas.

Add your 2 tbsp roasted garlic tahini along with one small avocado and fresh herbs!

Add a generous amount of garlic powder, pepper and salt.

Add the juice of a lime and a generous amount of olive oil (1/4 cup!) blend.

Depending on the thickness, add a teaspoon or two of hot water and oil until desired consistency.

Serve with fresh pita, veggies or as a topping! Enjoy!
