High Volume workouts means using much more repetitions than usual

“Open Grip” means thumbs on top and using hands like a hook. Push elbows down and backward

Squeeze your scapula together for a better middle traps workout. These was 3 sets and 10 reps

I’m using 4 sets and 12 reps moving forward

First we focus on the back for 2 sets

Now we move to the rear delts for the last two sets. I’m also sitting down now

Changing grip positions with palms facing up, neutral and down changes which muscles are working

Try not to rush this or bounce. You may feel your triceps working here
