Hiking Challenges To Take You Further
Run stairs (if there’s only a few, run up and down at least 3x)

Add in more forms of interval training on the trail (i.e 10 jumping jacks every .25 miles)

Or...get more creative and have fun with it (i.e alternating high knee crossovers - 3 reps 10x)

Remember: Hydration is key and don’t forget to take in the views😍

If there’s more stairs...don’t do it 3x. Once is enough😅🙃

Most importantly - don’t forget to HAVE FUN 🤩

Once you’ve made it to the end (or to the top) soak it all in🙌🏼

If you’re looking to make it even more challenging...jog the whole or part way down

And you can always rest when you need it...Especially if there’s a tree seat with an ocean view😛
