If you cannot straighten your bottom leg, just bend your knee!

Press your heels as high as you can! Your feet need attention too!

Try to think “tapping your heel to your lower back”

Repeat the plank, push-up and backbend 3-4x

Open your chest as much as you can!

Keep your back leg as straight as you can!

Stretch your front and back leg. Try your split!

Strong balance in a lunge to finish!
