Vegetable Oil

Salt

Garlic Powder

All Purpose Flour (gluten free)

pat dry tenders and add them to a bowl.

add oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and combine.

add flour. add milk, and eggs to the second tray and whisk.

add panko bread crumbs to the last tray.

coat the chicken in flour, egg, then panko bread crumbs.

spritz with oil and place in the air fryer on the top two rows.

Air Fry for 10 mins, switch trays halfway, and cook until temp reaches 165°F.
