Homemade Basic Pasta Dough With AP Flour
Add flour to a clean work surface.

Create a well with your hands. Crack the eggs into the well. Add olive oil and salt.

Scramble the eggs with the fork and slowly start adding in flour from the outside.

If you add too much flour at once the dough will create shards and won’t come together properly.

When the dough gets too hard to mix with the fork sprinkle a little flour on top and start kneading.

Knead by hand and slowly incorporate more flour. You will have excess flour. Test for texture.

Once the dough is soft to the touch and not sticky you can let rest for 30 min before using it.
