Homemade Biscuits With Strawberry Butter

Add flour, baking powder, and salt to a food processor.

Add butter and pulse 10 times to create coarse crumbs.

Steam in milk and pulse until the biscuit dough just starts to come together.

Flour your hands and remove the biscuit dough to the counter.

Fold the dough like and envelope on top of itself. Do not overwork the dough.

Form about a 2 inch thick rectangle.

You can cut out biscuits with a glass or cut in squares.

Place the biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes.

To make the strawberry butter: Submerge the strawberries in cold water to clean thoroughly.

Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut in half. Add to the mini food processor with salt.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla bean paste.

Blend until smooth.

Add softened butter and blend.

Microwave the mixture for 30-60 second to melt the butter.

Place the butter in the refrigerator to harden.
