Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
Ingredients: 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, salt & pep.

Pull apart blue cheese block and set aside 1/2 cup.

In a mini food processor or small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.

Add blue cheese chunks. Blend for 10-15 seconds.

Add Worcestershire sauce and cream. Blend again.

Scrape down the sides. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour dressing into a glass jar with lid or other air tight storage container. Refrigerate. Lasts 7-10 days.
