Honey
16oz
Warm Water
1/5 cup
Oatmeal Flakes (optional)
2cups
Wheat Flour
1 1/3 Tbs
Instant Yeast
1tbsp
Olive Oil

At first add salt and yeast to 16oz of warm water. Mix it well

After that honey and olive oil

I used wheat flour and bread flour 50/50. You can do only one type. Also I added oat flakes

With opposite side of wood spoon start combining all ingredients, you will get a sticky dough

Cover the bowl and keep it in warm place for 1,5 hour

Work with dough for a little, place to a baking pan , sprinkle with oat. Don’t overwork the dough

Do a cut on a middle. Cover and keep in the warm place for another 30 min

Leave a room on the top as the dough will raise a lot

Preheat oven to 400F. Carefully remove the plastic wrap and bake in the oven for 40 min

Here is a beautiful crispy bread. Cool it down on a cooling rack
