Homemade Chicken Pot Pie
Let’s make chicken pot pie! Sauté veggies in butter, then create a roux with some flour.

Pour in milk, and add the chicken. Wait for it to get thick and creamy! Add seasonings.

I like adding poultry seasoning + salt and pepper!

Add a milk + flour slurry and pour through a sieve if you like it thicker.

Ladle into an unbaked pie crust.

Add pieces of pie crust on top to create an extra crunchy crispy top!

Bake at 425* for about 20-25 minutes. You’re just baking the pie crust! Be careful it doesn’t burn!
