Homemade Chicken Strips
15 STEPS
First mix the milk , olive oil, all the spices , corn starch and vinegar

Cut the chicken breast ( cut it the thickness you like )

Add chicken to the mix and let it soak for at least an hour up to 24 hours in the refrigerator

Add the flour,bread crumbs, cornflakes,salt, black pepper,1 tsp paprika,and 2 tbsp ofcorn starch

Add some of the mixture then start covering the chicken finger with the flour mix

For an extra crunchy texture , dip the fingers again with the milk mixture and then to the flour

Now move it to the freezer for 30 minutes before frying or baking

To bake it , in a preheated oven at 375 f for 10 m each side 20/25 m total

To fry it: in a hot oil in a medium heat start frying them for 7 to 9 m ( depends on the thickness)

And ready , golden brown color, very crunchy from the outside and juicy from the inside

Check the temperature ( 360f and up ) or just open the thickest part and check it
