Homemade Coconut Granola

1 cup
Pumpkin Or Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup
Chopped Coconut Chips Or Desiccated Coconut
1 cup
Flaked Or Sliced Almonds
1 cup
Ground Walnuts, Almonds Or Pecans
1 cup

1 1/2 teaspoons
Cinnamon
1 teaspoon
Vanilla Or Chai Powder
1/4 cup
Dried Cherries, Cranberries Or Other Fruit
1/4 cup
Coconut Oil (melted)
1/4 cup
Honey (Or Maple Syrup Or Agave)
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Add wet ingredients (oil and honey and mix)

Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins!

After 10 minutes, use spatula to mix granola around to ensure it cooks evenly!

Should be golden-brown after 15-20min. Let granola cool completely to ensure it is nice and crunchy!
