Homemade Cornbread Stuffing with Sausage
Gather ingredients: cornbread, sausage, mushrooms, onion, broth, dried fruits & spices/seasonings.

Cook sausage until no longer pink.

Add onions, mushrooms and spices/seasonings to pan. Cook until onions are translucent.

Stir in 1/2 cup broth & dried fruits. Set aside for at least 30 minutes for fruits to absorb broth.

Add sausage mixture and cornbread to large bowl. Stir in remaining broth and egg.

Pour stuffing into greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.

Serve warm. Enjoy!
