Add eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and flour to blender
Blend thoroughly for 30 seconds, then let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Pour 1/3 cup of batter into hot crepe pan, then swirl to coat the pan.
When edges look dry, flip and cook 30-45 seconds on the other side.
Plate and serve with your favorite toppings.
