Homemade Filled Chocolates
These chocolates are the perfect homemade gift to treat that special someone. Or, treat yourself—go ahead you're worth it!

Gather and prep your ingredients. You can use the same fillings I did, or use whatever you like. You can use any nuts you like, or even candied fruit.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together for about 90 seconds in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir until smooth.

Fill molds about 1/3 full, the place in freezer for a few minutes. Remove, and tilt the mold to coat sides, then freeze a few more minutes.

Add your fillings, leaving enough room to top with remaining melted chocolate. Freeze for about an hour until the chocolate is completely set.

If you’d like, drizzle white chocolate over the dark chocolate to make a pretty presentation. Return to fridge for about 30 min to set the chocolate.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
