Homemade Gluten Free Pasta Dough
Add gluten free flour to a clean work surface.

Add xanthan gum and salt to the flour. Mix with your hands to combine and create a well.

Add the eggs to the well.

Scramble the eggs with the fork and slowly start mixing in flour from the sides with the fork.

When the dough starts getting hard to stir sprinkle the top of the dough with a little flour.

Gently start kneading by hand. Slowly incorporating the flour.

When the dough is not sticky anymore you are ready to use.
