Unsweetened Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder

In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered milk, kosher salt & optional cinnamon.

Whisk together until combined

Pour Hot chocolate mix into a wide mouth jar with lid

Tap the jar to even the level of the hot chocolate mix

Add about 50 g of chocolate of your choice & marshmallows (use dehydrated marshmallows for longer storage), seal the jar.

The mix alone can be stored up to six months in an airtight container

To make the hot chocolate: 1 cup of mix to 1 cup of water (one to one ratio), top with marshmallows, optional ingredients & cinnamon
