Homemade Make Your Own Chocolate Bars
Temper chocolate: Refer to the How To Temper Chocolate video

Fill the molds with melted tempered chocolate.

Using a bench scraper and move the chocolate to fill the molds. Make sure to fill in the corners.

Bang the mold onto the counter to release all the air bubbles. Do this for about 1 minute.

Top with your candy, nuts or dried fruit of choice.

I did half with mint Oreos half Heath bits. Let cool for 30-40 minutes to harden completely.

When the bars have hardened completely, carefully remove the bars from the mold. Enjoy!
