Add your tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes.

Don't forget the wine. 1/2 cup red wine.

Add to your tomatoe mixture, stir and simmer 30 more minutes.

Important!! Don't skimp on the balsamic vinegar. It helps cut through the acidic tomatoes.

Plus crushed red pepper flakes to taste and the balsamic!
