Beat together coconut oil, honey, and salt with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth

Stir in sifted coconut flour until a wet dough forms. Refrigerate til dough has set a bit (8-10 min)

Press dough evenly into the bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 10 min at 350

Place chopped, heated dates into small food processor. Purée dates until creamy begin to form a ball

Stream the coconut oil and hot almond milk into the dates until broken down, sticky and smooth

Gently spread caramel date mixture over cooked crust and chill in refrigerator

Once chilled, lift out of the pan and cut into 16 bars

Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave

Gently dunk the top of the bars into the chocolate, shake off any excess and let set in the fridge
