Homemade Pizza Fractions
Add the yeast to the mixer.

Activate the yeast by adding warm water. Stir to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Let the yeast become foamy.

Add the olive oil.

Add the flour and salt and knead with a dough hook for 2-3 minutes or until a dough ball forms.

Remove the dough from the hook and form a ball.

Coat with olive oil.

Cover the dough and let rise for 1 hour.

Form 4 mini pizzas with the dough. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Spread an even layer of sauce on the pizzas. Top with toppings of choice.

Make it fun and make a face. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the pizzas in half, thirds and quarters to practice your fractions.
