Add flour (kids mesauring cups shown) and salt to the Large Glass or Stainless Steel mixing bowl.

Make a well in the center of the mixture.

Add one pack of Rapid Rise yeast, two T oil and one cup of very warm water (120*) for each recipe.

Fold together until combined and knead dough until you have a soft formed ball.

Cover and put in a warm dry place for about 30 minutes.

Dough will double in size.

Pinch off a large fist size amount of dough and place on a Round Baking stone.

Press out from the center in a circular motion (do not roll) to desired size.

Poor sauce into the center and use the back of your Mix N Scraper to spread evenly.

Grate your own cheese with the Microplane Adjustable Grater and add to pizza base.

Add desired toppings and bake at 450* for 11–13 minutes.
