Homemade Popovers In A Muffin Tin
Add 3 1/2 cups milk to a glass measuring cup. Microwave for 1 minute to warm.

Add 4 cups flour to a sieve and shake to shift the flour.

Add 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.

Add 6 eggs to a stand mixer and whisk for 3 minutes or until frothy.

The mixture should be pale yellow. Then add the warm milk.

Add flour mixture slowly. Let the mixture sit for 1 hour at room temperature. Preheat oven to 450 F.

Coat a muffin tin pan or a popover pan with melted butter. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.

Fill the hot pan with batter. Bake for 15 minutes and then lower oven to 375 F for 20-30 minutes.
