Homemade Pretzels
Put 1 pack of yeast 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 1/2 cup warm water in cup and let sit for 10 mins.

Combine 3 cups flour, 1 cup bread flour and 1 1/4 tsp salt. Mix with dough hook for about 8 mins.

Put dough in buttered bowl to rise for an hour, covered or in instapot on yogurt setting for 15 mins

Once double in size roll out and shape into pretzels.

Dip pretzels in 2 mixture of 2 cups hot water and 2 tbsp baking soda and put on pan.

Let rise again, brush with egg wash, and bake in 450 degree oven for 8 mins or to desired color.
