homemade salted caramel popcorn
the ingredients

melt butter and add brown sugar

stir to combine

add kosher salt

bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes without stirring

remove from heat and add baking soda

and vanilla extract

pop the corn kernels

drizzle the warm caramel sauce over the popcorn

stir to coat the popcorn with the caramel ~ bake at 250 degrees F for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes

put baked caramel popcorn on foil, drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with kosher salt
