Homemade Vanilla Sea Salt Coconut Milk
Add 1c unsweetened shredded coconut, 1t vanilla, and 1/4t sea salt to a blender or food processor.

Cover with 4c water.

Blend on the highest setting for 30-60 seconds.

Strain out the coconut pulp using a strainer or cheese cloth. Keep the leftover pulp and make granola bars (linked here).

Enjoy by the glass or use in any recipe calling for non-dairy milk.
