Homestyle Turkey Meatloaf with Mushrooms
gather the vegetables

finely chop mushrooms, onion, celery and garlic in a food processor or by hand

put chopped vegetables, ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt and pepper in a large bowl

gently mix the ingredients until just combined ~ over mixing will make for a dense and heavy meatloaf

form into a meatloaf and put on a foil lined pan ~ bake at 375 degrees F for 45-50 minutes ~ the internal temperature should be 165 degrees F
