Heart-shaped dark chocolates filled with a gooey, crunchy, and oh-so yummy center.
Break chocolate bar into smaller pieces.

Melt until smooth.

Add the honey, almonds, and cacao nibs.

Mix together until combined.

Spoon chocolate into the bottoms of the mold.

Top filling with the remaining melted chocolate.

Scrape off excess chocolate.
