Honey Cinnamon Granola
What you'll need

3 1/2 Cups
Rolled Oats
1 cup
Chopped Pecans
1 cup
Slivered Almonds
1/2 cup
Olive Oil Or Coconut Oil Melted
1/2 cup
Honey
1 tsp
Fresh Orange Zest
1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon
Buy
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
1 tsp
Fine Sea Salt
Optional - 1/2 Cup Sweetened Coconut Flakes
Optional - 2/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
Optional- 2/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350, and mix oats and nuts in a large bowl

Mix oil, honey, zest, cinnamon, vanilla and salt

Pour over oats and nuts

Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet

Flatten and bake 12 minutes

Take out add coconut if desired and mix well. Flatten again and cook another 10-12 minutes until lightly golden brown

Let cool 45 minutes and break into chunks

Add your cranberries and chocolate if you like...then nibble away!
