Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

Soak chicken wings in water with 1/4 cup white vinegar for 30 mins

Wash them well and put them to a strainer to dry.

Add olive oil, salt, garlic, paprika, onion and black pepper powder and mix well

Put in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.

Preheat oven to 425 F. Place wings on a baking rack. Bake for 25 mins

Flip and bake again for 25 mins or until golden brown colour

Add butter, garlic, soya sauce, honey, ginger, sweet chili sauce, vinegar, and waterboil for 3 mins.

Mix well with sauce

Place the coated wings to rack and bake for 5 to 6 mins.

Let them cool down for 3 to 4 mins before serving .
