Honey Garlic Shrimp Special Fried Rice
1/3 cup
Honey
1/3 cup
Light Soy Sauce
6 cloves
Minced garlic
1 piece cut finely; your discretion
Scotch bonnet pepper
2 - 4 whole
Eggs
As much as you want
Cooked Rice Of Your Choice
1/4 cup thawed out frozen peas or cooked peas
Green Peas
1/4 cup
Corn
As much as you want

Prepare ingredients. Please note that I increased my number of eggs to 4.*Ingredients are at the end

Combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic, scotch bonnet pepper.

Marinate the shrimp in some of the sauce.

Sautée the shrimp.

Pour the leftover sauce from marinating the shrimp unto the sautéed shrimp.

Leave to simmer. Once the shrimp is opaque or pink it’s cooked.

Set aside shrimp

Scramble eggs and set aside.

Get rid of clumps in pre cooked rice (mine is pumpkin rice with corn and green peas).

Add rice & veg to pan that sautéed the shrimp (which will have some leftover honey garlic sauce).

Add the scrambled eggs & mix everything together with the leftover sauce that was in the pan.

Add a few dashes of light soy sauce and mix everything in.

Add some of the remainder of the honey garlic sauce.
