Honey Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Scoop out the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin.

Cover the seeds in cold water and separate from the pulp.

Remove the seeds - they float.

Place the seeds on a paper towel and pat dry.

Remove any remaining pulp. (The seeds will be sticky at this point)

Combine the seeds, honey, and salt. I used my hot honey for this recipe!

Spread on to a baking sheet lightly oiled with cooking spray. (The seeds are very stick now)

Bake at 275° for 50-60 minutes. Flip halfway through the cooking process.
