Honey Sriracha Meatballs
In a saucepan, whisk together sriracha sauce, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic
Place saucepan over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce hest and let simmer to thicken. Remove from heat
Mix together ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and eggs
Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Pour honey sriracha over meatballs and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks, or as a meal over rice!
