Horchata Mexican Hot Chocolate

Finely chop 4 oz dark chocolate using the Food Chopper.
Simmer 1/2 cup water in pan.
Add 1T cocoa. Whisk until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups horchata previously made in the Deluxe Cooking Blender. Heat until warmed through.
Add chocolate, reserving a small amount to be used for topping. Then add 1/4t each chili powder & cinnamon. Whisk until combined.
Pour hot chocolate in mug. Top with cinnamon whipped cream (made in Whipped Cream Maker), chocolate shavings & a cinnamon stick.
