HOT AND SOUR SOUP PAKISTANI STYLE IN INSTANT POT
Have you ever wondered how to make this restaurant style Chinese hot & sour soup in instant pot just in 25 mins.
We need 1 litre chicken yakhni (broth)

and finely chopped mix vegetables.

Turn on your Instant Pot(IP) in sauté mode add 1 litre Chicken broth (yakhni) & than add shredded chicken.

Let it cook for 5 mins than add julian carrots and cook on ( sautee) high mode.

After 5 mins add Bell pepper and cook for next 5 mins on saute mode.

Add Chopped mushrooms (optional)

Add chopped capsicum at the end

Let it boil for high sauté mode for around 2 mins

Add 1 Tbsp of Chilli sauce

Add 1 tbsp of soya sauce

Add 1 tbsp oaster sauce

Add 1.5 table spoon of vinegar

Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Add chinese salt mix with the normal salt 1 teaspoon

Now add slowly 4 tbsp corn flour mixture in the soup. Keep on stirring so that it will not form lumps.

Lastly add green spring onions and saute for 2 mins.

Let it boil for 2 mins and than serve hot. You can adjust the flavour of the soup according to your taste.

Whisk 1 egg and add it to the soup stir slowly.
